The task app that lives on your PC, not in a cloud.
Minmento is a Windows productivity app for tasks, calendar, focus and habits. Your data is stored on your own PC.

Press Ctrl + Space from any window. Dates, times, priorities and tags are read as you type, so a sentence becomes a task before you press Enter.
List, Kanban, Timeline, Canvas and calendar all read the same tasks. Drag a card to change its status, or pick the view that answers today's question.
Start a Pomodoro, add some rain, and the timer follows you through every view. Each finished session lands in your focus record.
A year of check-ins, a consistency profile, and statistics for completed tasks, focus hours and your best streak.
Your data lives in a local file you can open, back up and take with you. Pin lists to your desktop as widgets, and keep working with no connection.
It is built for people who work on Windows, want one place for the whole day, and would rather their to-do list lived on their own machine than on someone else's server.
Every card below is a short excerpt of the real app, looping. Nothing here is a mock-up.
Columns you control, with every detail one click away.
Dates, priority and tags are read as you type.
Pomodoro or stopwatch, with sound and a session record.
High Focus, Routine and Low Energy windows for your day.
Every scheduled task across the next 14 days.
Month, Week, Day, Agenda and Multi-week, fed by the same tasks.
Consistency profile, activity graph and statistics.
A thought that costs more than five seconds to record usually gets forgotten. So recording one takes a shortcut, a sentence and Enter.

This is Minmento's actual interface running in your browser with sample tasks. Click around, drag a card, press Ctrl + Space.
Nothing you do here is saved or sent anywhere. The Windows app stores your real data on your PC.

Minmento keeps your data in a SQLite file inside your Windows user profile. It does not run a sync service, and your tasks, habits and focus history are not uploaded. When you want a copy, export a full JSON backup. When you move to a new laptop, import it.
