What Kanban means in Minmento
Kanban view shows a list's tasks as cards in columns: To Do, In Progress and Done by default. It is the same data as List view, so completing a task in one view updates the other. It suits work where status matters more than order, such as product work, tickets and cross-functional projects.
Drag cards between columns
Drop zones light up as you drag, so you always see where a card will land. Moving a card changes its status; nothing is retyped.
- Counts on every column header
- Priority and due date visible on each card
- Completed tasks collect in Done
Drop zones highlight while you drag
Columns that match your process
Use Add Column to create columns like Backlog or In Review. Built-in columns stay in place as a fallback, so a card never disappears.
- Rename or add columns for a sprint, a content pipeline or a job hunt
- Reset to the default columns from Settings whenever you like
List answers "what is due?". Kanban answers "what state is it in?". Switching never means re-entering anything.
The three built-in columns stay in place as a fallback, so a card whose column you remove still lands somewhere you can see.
