A task manager for Windows that stays out of your way.
Capture a task in a sentence, give it a priority and a date, and let the smart lists show what needs attention today.
Completing a task, opening the drawer and adding a subtask
What the Minmento task manager does
Minmento's task manager is built around one simple unit, the task, with a title, notes, list, priority, due date and time, tags, subtasks, comments and reminders. Lists group tasks by project, folders group lists, and smart lists answer the question "what should I do now?".
Type a sentence, get a task
Press Ctrl + Space from any window to open Quick Capture. The natural-language parser reads English dates, times, priorities and tags and shows what it detected before you save.
- "Send the invoice to Acme tomorrow 10am P1 #finance" becomes a P1 task due tomorrow at 10:00, tagged #finance
- Works from the Add a task field at the top of any list too
- Saves into your Inbox so nothing is lost mid-conversation

Lists, folders, tags and smart lists
Use lists for projects, folders for areas of your life, and tags for themes that cut across both. Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days, Inbox and High Priority are always one click away.
- Four priority levels with colours you can scan: P1 red, P2 orange, P3 blue, P4 grey
- Each tag is its own filter in the sidebar
- Completed and Trash keep a record and a safety net
One drawer for everything about a task
Click any task to open the drawer. Edit the priority, due date, estimated duration and progress, add subtasks, tags, notes, comments and attachments, without leaving the list.
- Ticking subtasks updates the progress bar, and the parent completes with the last one
- Repeat rules: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly
- Reminders trigger Windows notifications
A task can be just a title. Add notes, subtasks, tags and a reminder later, in the drawer, when the task has earned the effort.
Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days and High Priority show what needs attention without you sorting anything into folders first.
