See your next two weeks at a glance.
The Timeline turns a list into a visual schedule, with tasks laid out by day and time and coloured by priority.
The 14-day timeline, with today highlighted
What the Timeline view is
Timeline is a Gantt-style layout of your tasks against the next 14 days. Each day is a row and tasks sit where they are scheduled, so you can see at a glance that three P1 tasks all land on the same Wednesday, or that Friday is empty.
Spot clashes before they happen
Because every scheduled task appears on one screen, overlaps are visible without opening a calendar. Today is highlighted so you always know where you are.
- Rows for each of the next 14 days
- Bars coloured by priority
- Uses the due date and time you already set
Timeline across two weeks
A list tells you what is due. A timeline shows how much lands on the same day, which is usually the real problem.
There is nothing extra to maintain. Give a task a date and time and it appears on the Timeline.
Three steps to get value
- Schedule your tasksGive tasks a due date and time, in Quick Capture or in the drawer.
- Open TimelineChoose Timeline in the pill switcher at the top of any list.
- RebalanceSpot the crowded day, then move work to a quieter one.
