Plan your day around your energy, not just the clock.
Some hours are good for deep work and some are not. The Energy Map puts each task where it fits.

What energy-based planning is
Most task apps treat 9am and 3pm as interchangeable. Energy-based planning does not: you tag each task with the energy it needs, and the Energy Map lays your day out as a landscape, with windows for High Focus, Routine and Low Energy work.
Three windows, one landscape
Tasks are placed by the energy they need. High Focus sits in the morning window, Routine in the middle of the day, Low Energy in the afternoon.
- High Focus: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Routine: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Low Energy: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
The Energy Map
Tag once, see the shape of the day
Set the energy level on a task from its row or the drawer. The landscape above updates, and each window shows how many of its tasks are done.
- Move a task between windows with one click
- Completed and Remaining counters for the day
- Works with the same tasks as every other view
Demanding work fits a fresh morning better than a tired afternoon. The Energy Map makes that visible instead of leaving it to memory.
High Focus, Routine and Low Energy cover most days without turning planning into a spreadsheet.
