What Focus mode is
Focus is a single-purpose timer view: a large countdown, a Start button, a break cycle and a record of past sessions. Work in short blocks, 25 minutes by default, take the break, and repeat. A smaller version of the timer stays in the bottom bar so a running session keeps counting in every view.
Pomodoro or stopwatch
Use Pomodoro for focused blocks with breaks, or switch to Stopwatch when you just want to know how long something took.

Choose Rain, Ocean, Cafe or Forest, generated by the app itself. It stops when the session ends.

The Focus view keeps a history of sessions and a weekly chart. The Countdowns tab shows days remaining until launches, exams, trips or contract dates.
