A productivity app built for Windows.
Minmento is made for Windows 10 and Windows 11 and uses what the platform offers: a global hotkey, a system tray icon, desktop widgets and startup launch.
Minmento's focus timer
What "built for Windows" means
- Global quick capture. Ctrl + Space opens a small capture window from any app.
- System tray. Closing the main window minimises Minmento to the tray, so reminders and widgets keep working. The tray menu has Open, Quick Capture and Quit.
- Desktop widgets. Pin any list to the desktop as a small always-on-top window.
- Launch at startup. An optional setting starts Minmento minimised when you sign in to Windows.
- Windows notifications for reminders.
Everything in one window
A productivity app for Windows is only useful if you can live in it. Minmento includes a task manager with List, Kanban, Timeline and Canvas views, a calendar, an Energy Map, a Pomodoro and stopwatch timer with ambient sound, a habit tracker, statistics and countdowns.
Local by design
Your data is stored in a file on your PC, and Minmento works without an internet connection. See how local-first works.
